"The pharmacy at HEB Plus is very unprofessional. I had received a call from their automated system telling me that my medicine was ready for pickup, so I decided to call and pre-pay. I spoke to the pharmacist, who told me that not all my medication was ready and to give him 20 minutes to get it ready. So I called back 20 minutes later, and he said he didn't have one of the medications on hand and that he had explained this to me over the phone. This is why I constantly record phone calls for these types of liars. I told him I had recorded the phone call, and he began backpedaling. Then he told me he could fill the rest of my prescription and send the other medication to another pharmacy. Mind you, it closes at 8 pm, and it's 7:20 pm. Then he asked me if I was close by, and I told him yes. he said to go ahead and drive up, but it would take him a few minutes to get the flavor for the other medications. I told him okay. So I drive up, and the lady in the window asks me how she can help me, and I tell her that I'm there to pick up my medication. She then asked me if I pre-paid, and I said yes. She then told me very rudely that next time, I should call them and advise them I'm on my way. I told her I did that I had just spoken to the pharmacist. Hopefully, this review helps some of you to make a wise decision and stay away from this pharmacy."

"I called Sunday at 10 am to check if they had my prescription ready . It was sent automatically by the doctor the afternoon before. The young lady that answered, which I couldn't get her name because she answered very fast and with a lot of sh accent said with a bad attitude (not the first time they answer like this ) that my prescription it was going to be ready after 12:00 pm . The meds were for flu for a minor . They never had taken more than 2 hours to fill a prescription. I think if they don't have medications on hand , they should advice the customers . Definitely changed pharmacies. I'm very satisfied with my decision."

"I went to get a consultation even though it was for otc because of some questions I had on pain areas. And the pharmacy Tech - Asheley explained so much to me and she didn't have to but she genuinely cares about people and is an unquestionable asset to the team and community. She was able to look at what I was taking and told me about common side effects often overlooked. And my God...did this young woman help me more than other medical folks. Thank You Asheley for being a pillar to the community!!!!!"

"Super long wait times at the pharmacy drive-thru from what I could tell it takes around 15 to 20 minutes per vehicle so if you're in a hurry go somewhere else. With just four cars you could easily be in line for an hour."
