"Great local store for all flooring needs. We shopped several stores and chose New Wave based on customer service and price. We replaced our entire house with vinyl plank. Levi was very helpful and easy to deal with in the store. He gave us an estimate based on a drawing and dimensions we provided. The vinyl plank was nice quality and the price beat any other stores. Mike and his son did a wonderful job of installation. They completed the job in 3 days as promised. Definitely will use New Wave for all future flooring needs."

"My husband and I wanted to spend our money for carpeting at a local place instead of a chain store. We went to New Wave because they carry Mohawk Pet Proof carpet at a good price. The carpet is great but we did have problems after the installation. We kept stepping on carpet tacks that were either too long for the type of carpet we purchase or were never properly nailed down. I called the store and spoke to a salesperson who told me just hammer down any tacks we found which we did but then found ourselves having to hammer down tacks across all the doorways and each step going to the upstairs. I decided to go into the store to discuss the issue. The owner was there so I spoke to him directly. I explained the situation. I then said my husband and I have nailed and nailed tacks but are still finding them and asked that someone take care of the problem. I told him I was tired of being stuck in the foot by carpet tacks. The owner said, "I guess they are all around the baseboards, too!" I said, "I don't know. I don't usually walk along the baseboards." He then said, "I don't know what I can do except buy shorter tacks or glue the carpet down." I said, "We have had carpet put down 3 times before and never had this problem." He then said, "I guess I will have to pay someone to come out there to nail them down." I said, "I would appreciate it." Let me express that he was not friendly and at times was rude. I do want to add that the salesman, Levi, who sold us the carpet was very nice and professional. He was also the man who came to nail down the tacks that the installers failed to nail down in the first place. Levi was very diligent and we have not had a problem since. My husband and I do not recommend dealing with this company because of the poor installation job and the rudeness of the owner."
