"My car engine shut down and could not steer. I called Phelps Garage to see if I could have my car towed so he could take a look at it. He said I could as he had worked on my car before. After almost three weeks, he never looked at my car, never corresponded with me after several phone calls, I went daily to the garage and my car only moved 1 time which means closer to getting my car in. I feel like Jason was not honest with me and never kept me in the loop with the status of my car. I finally had to have someone take me to the garage to pick up my car. Jason stated he was not able to get a diagnosis with his computer. Jason needs to get updated equipment bc that is a very useful tool in the car/truck business!"
