"I'm surprised this is such an undervusited trail. Quick, easy 1 mile round trip walk with great displays and the original buildings in different stages of preservation with history about the area and the Subletts that I had no idea about. At the top, there is a great view of the river and canyon. There is just a pullout area for parking at the trailhead, but we were the only ones there the entire time."
