"The staff here is always friendly and the store itself is clean. They don't hold everything I could want, and some of the prices are higher than other places, but it's still my preferred grocery store in Winchester. Anything that's way too expensive here, gets bought at other stores as needed since there's plenty of food I like to get that's not available here. The produce selection here is much better than what's available at Walmart up the street."

"Worst customer service around. Grey headed elderly guy looks at you like your bugging him on his time and will let ya stand forever before getting waitied on. Took management to notice me standing today to get a money order. Workers stand in huddles talking more than they work making today my last visit to that Kroger definitely"

"I had to wait almost 30 minutes to check out at the self checkout because there were no other cashiers and I needed approval for a purchase. There was one person to work all 12 or so self-check outs."

"The prices are okay. Most of the people working there including management seem to be walking around like zombies most of the time. I don't know if they are overworked or underpaid but I really don't love shopping there. Some products are out of stock for a long time. I think some of the people who order forget to check the out of stock items to see if they can be ordered again. One example would be Sriracha sauce. I know it's out of stock in many places but it has slowly been showing up. The aisles are far too small and barely clear two carts side by side. The floors look to be poorly maintained and have "potholes" in some of the aisles."
