"After having to take my vehicle in to be serviced in which it had to be left for parts to be ordered- I am not happy with David Taylor. My warranty clearly stated a rental was covered but they told me they had none. After talking to someone who had enough sense to guide me in the right direction they were able to get me one. One in which was not even similar to my SUV. A TINY car that is not kid/car seat friendly what so ever. Will be trading in my car and doing business elsewhere from now on."

"We drove down from Iowa to buy a pick up. I told them three times before we drove down the tire looked thin. We get down there on a Saturday and told them about the tires bald and they said if we stay till Monday they would put new tires on or $1,000 towards buying our own tires. We bought same tires that were on it and it cost $800 more than what they gave us. If they would of checked they would of put new ones on before we drove down. The air filter was beyond plugged up dirty and was never changed as they said they performed maintenance on it. Drove back and glow plug light comes on and found out two recalls on truck. Called sales manager three times and told him I would like for them to pay for oil change since they didn't do it. He said he would talk to owner and they would take care of us. I talked to sales manager Thurman Foster three times and he said he's been busy but every time he NEVER called me back.Thru all my years having a family business for 60 years with a fleet of vehicles I never had a sales manager say multiple times he would call me and NEVER call back. Very disappointed on customer service. I tried to put a picture of the air filter in here but it wouldn't let me. I tried to put picture of air filter but it wouldn't let me. Bob"
