"I’ve been coming to Lovely for years now. They are always so accommodating and comfortable. On the rare occasion I have an issue, like a chip, they are always so quick to fix it! They take appointments but I’ve never had an issue walking in. Even my husband loves to come and get a pedicure. They do a great job with gel and sns! :)"

"So the pinterest photo is what I wanted…. And the other two are what I got. The staff was incredibly friendly but they did one of the worst jobs I have maybe ever seen in my life. They continually drilled my cuticles and skin and my roommate and I shared tears in the car over how bad our nails are. The cost was absurd for such a poor job. I will never go back there again and wish I had refused to pay for them. In response to your comment : I tipped because that is the polite thing to do and I honestly didn’t know how bad they were until I was in my car. Regardless, the tech spent their time on the service and I tipped because that is the right thing to do. A proper tip would be well above what I tipped, but I tipped lightly to still show my appreciation to the tech for their time. NOT because I was pleased."
