Fastenal Fulfillment Center

"I've been here several times for random bolts that are not found in typical hardware stores. Each time I've either given the exact spec bolt I need or brought along a bolt for them to match up. Three of the times I've gone there I was given different than I asked for and didn't realize it until I got back to the shop or back home. The fourth time they didn't have what I needed, so they put it on order. Went back the day it was expected to arrive and they didn't have it. It hadn't shipped or hadn't actually been ordered and was told it would be a couple more days before they had it. None of these issues are the end of the world except for the waste of my time or like in this latest experience, having a project that needed to be done on schedule. I've never had issues with the fastenal locations in Lexington or Nicholasville and at those locations I usually pay less than at the Winchester location. The other locations I've gone to have been great. Four times with four poor experiences at the Winchester location lead to this negative review. I will not be back. Unfortunately, I would rather make the trip to Lexington or just order from someone online."
