"Got my nails done on Nov 3rd , it’s Nov 11th and my nails are all gone. There should be no way I pay $100.00 all together for both my nails and toes and using Gel polish and my nails are gone like this , plus this was a last minute thing because the original nail salon closed , but I tell you one thing for sure 2 things for certain. I WILL NEVER go back to this nail salon. Worse in the city!"

"I got a pedicure done. It was a Sunday I like to relax while I was doing my pedicure but I was not able to because they had the air condición off with the door open and it was so hot. I took a magazine and was blowing my self and end up going to wait for my daughter in the car because I was so hot.. it was not a relaxing experience at all. The only reason I came it was because my regular place was full."

"Last time I went to this place I asked for acrylic nails and they said they don't do acrylic nails so instead I got SNS nails and the lady kept getting distracted so much that she cut me twice and put whatever chemicals she was using in my nail bed and she messed up my nails and she was rushing me to pick a dip powder faster. So I will never go back to this place ever again!!!!"

"Got SNS done here 3 times. The first time my normal place couldn’t get me in and they did a good job but it was super pricey, the last 2 times I went my nails didn’t even last a 4 days. Paid 50 for basic, standard SNS & the next morning it looked like my nails had grown out an inch, the nail tech did not get the dip close enough to my cuticle. The nails are so thick and already raising 3 days later. Wouldn’t recommend this place for SNS. However, the pedicures are great. Paid $85 for SNS & a pedicure to then have my nails look awful like they’re over due for a fill in 3 days later! Hate to hate on local businesses but there are just way too many nail salons in lex to settle for this one."

"I showed the girl a picture of the shape and length that I wanted, and she didn't make them as long as they were in the picture. She disregarded the additional steps that the lady next to me who was also getting dip powder nails was receiving to make sure the experience was enjoyable for customers (ex. Cutting cuticles, checking the undersides of the nails to make sure there wasn't any pieces hanging underneath the nail, ect.) She made two of my fingers with the nail file whole shaping the nail. She also made the majority of the nails on my right hand crooked. I had to go home and file some of them myself to make then the right shape. I usually love this place because they give me what I ask for every time, but today I had a bad experience. A few of the times I've been here and really loved the outcome, I had asked for the owner to do my nails beforehand, in my opinion she is the best at providing me with nails that I really love. I suggest asking for her to do your nails if you're ever interested in going here."
