"Placed an order for front door and large front window in April and since it was special ordered all money had to be paid up front. 1. They measured window wrong & opening had to be remade. 2. Front door came in and had wrong finish the door had to have correct stain applied another delay. 3. Manufacturer of door had to come to our house and apply stain to panel that was missed and fix default screw. 4. Trim was ordered and wrong width and style. 5. Sept 8th the job was finished. I will not buy another thing from this company. Total inefficiency and lack of communication."
