"So much fun! Perfect place to take the kids to have a great time and stay active. Excellent customer service, very clean and well kept. Restrooms very also very clean so that a huge plus when you have little ones. Definitely going back!"
"Had a very good experience here with my kids, everything was new, clean, and a variety of attractions for the kids. Staff was very professional and helpful to us, not sure what the other reviews are talking about. Would 100% come back to this location."
"This once fun environment was a safe place to bring my kids and let them run free and just be kids. The disrespectful and poor management is bad. One of the employees supposedly pushed and ranted at a small child apparently which led to a full confrontation between the child's parents and employee. Management didn't bother to stop him or handle the situation correctly. Kids running this business with poor customer service. Parents think twice before going there. The picture is of the employee with the fist fighting attitude. I hope owner's read this and correct this individual. Cameras don't lie. In redaction to the "Sky Zone" reply.. Sure thing, you go ahead and make excuses for your irresponsible employee who cursed and urged the mother to step outside and fight. The police was notified once the father told the employee to step outside and he felt "intimidated". No child needs to hear foul language from an employees establishment or fear being there. I wish you good luck"
"Went for a birthday party which was awesome. I tried doing the rock climbing but had an unfriendly, unassuring girl employee hook my harness up . I tried to make friendly small talk about the feature and she just seemed annoyed. It was my first time rock climbing and when I got kind of high I didn't even know what to do to get down the rope felt loose so I had to call to my husband to ask what I should do. He assured me the rope would catch my weight. After I was unhooked I just stood there with the harness in hand and the girl employee was already away. I finally noticed a dark corner where other harnesses were so I tossed mine there. Wasn't a cool experience because I felt that employee really didn't care to assure me it was safe or give any instructions whatsoever."
