"Purchased a pack of sliders on Monday. Opened the fridge Tuesday to cook them and the burgers were brown and smelled HORRIBLE. Took them back and was given more brown burgers. This was our first experience shopping here and it is absolutely the last."

"I’d give more stars if it wasn’t for the wait time at the deli area. The smoothies are delicious but it almost feels like the employees skip the order with the smoothie to make other things. I am in there most days to get lunch and always get a smoothie, employees skip over my order to make others that are “easier.” This morning I was in and an employee was asking another customer what they could get for them, then when I mentioned I had placed a kiosk order for a smoothie (which had already been submitted for about 10 minutes) and they said they had a called in order that they needed to do instead when they were just asking someone else what they could do for them. Paul’s is a great grocery store, but be prepared to wait if you need to order anything from the deli section."

"Paul’s has the best selection of meat and produce. It is a little more pricey than bigger grocery stores but the quality is much, much better. The in-season fruit is great. The meat selection and the quality of the meat is the best in Louisville"
