"L & W delivered drywall to my house in December 2022... I just had a beautiful, hands stamped concrete patio poured a few days before... I laid plastic down so they could carry in the drywall the shortest distance possible but asked they be careful and stay on the plastic because the concrete had not been sealed yet... They ensured me they would take care of it... I returned inside for a bit then returned to check the status... They had removed the plastic and the and tracked mud all over the new concrete... I informed the store and sent them pictures immediately. They told me they would call me back but never did... When I tried to discuss the situation with the managing partner, Scott Grieve, he was very rude and immediately said it was not their responsibility... I tried to reason with the man but he was very dismissive and obnoxious... He informed me he would just have the lawyers deal with it... Where has customer service gone these days?"

So guess who is out there cleaning up the mess- you could hea them throwing it in the house with each unload of the crane - bet it looks as good as the mess they left. Inconsiderate"
