"This is a smaller nail salon, and is managed by a family. I love coming in, they are fun to chat with and do a great job. They allow me to test out colors and have always been patient with me if I'm not sure what I want yet. I'm really confused by some of the reviews, I've never felt rushed and never been made to pay before the service was finished. My nails always look great, last, and I've enjoyed every mani/pedi I've ever gotten here!"
"I was surprised to see some of the poor reviews of this place. I’ve been going here since I moved to Kentucky almost 10 years ago and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Sometimes they may get crowded and the wait could be a while but they offer appointments so if you plan ahead of time it works out great. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is great. They are friendly and conversational."
"Friend went to place to get a pedicure and told me the service was great. The manager and staff locked friend in place until she paid. They asked her multiple times to pay even before service had ended. They treated her like a criminal and said they take cash but not change. Do not go here they are all criminals and treat you terrible. Bad place . No stars"
