"Today I had the worst experience ever coming to this store. Usually used to come here for all my needs but not anymore. I came in to return an item I was approached by a very unprofessional employee that took the item placed on the desk and walked away for few minutes and came back to tell me she will return the item but I will have to give you a gift card, so I went on and explained that I bought the item with debt card and that I would like to have the money returned back to my account and that I bought it 5 days ago. Which the story policy gives us as customers 30 days to return items without any trouble. Her response was extremely rude with a very high tone " I will get my manager because I can't do it because it's our policy " . Few moments later there comes the extremely rude Manger who had the worst attitude any human being could have. She stated the same thing the employee did expect 100% worst she was extremely extremely extremely loud, disrespectful and unprofessional. I went on and explained to her the issue but of course she had zero understanding of my concerns as a loyal customer and insisted on only giving me a gift card as return back. When I showed her the receipt that has the return policy on it. She went on to say " it does not matter I'm telling you I can't give you any form of payment back beside gift card and that's the only option... To say that this was the worst experience I ever had as a customer in any store i would be lying because this store is now the worst story in the Friendswood area. Thanks for the horrible customer service..."
