Reviews
"Very helpful. Found carpet within my price range. Many samples to choose from."
"Have to agree with other negative reviews. Really wanted to work with a local business rather than a big box store. However, overall service was extremely unprofessional. As stated in a previous review, an underage child was utilized to help with the installation. This as well as the obvious health impairment of the installer (he wore an oxygen tank) was very concerning. As for quality of the work, after a month the seam was obvious. Have worked with Excel Carpet Services (Harrison Ohio) in the past and they were exceptional. Will be working with them in the future."
"Did a wonderful job on my carpet. After price comparison it was very competitive!"
"These people are prompt but after they installed carpet in our meeting house we have problems with long strands pulling out and have asked them twice to come fix it and they always say ‘we will get to it ASAP’ and still haven’t showed up!! They had told us we won’t be able to see the seams and sad to say they are very obvious!!! Church of God in Bennington Indiana"
"My advice: Run the other way!! Even after confirming that they had received carpet, showed up with wrong one and could not get the correct one to complete the job. Later found out they didn't have it to begin with. Had to schedule second install. Installer brought children that appeared to be well under the legal working age to remove old carpet. Workers sat leaky cups on natural wood surfaces leaving water ring marks. Carpet pattern not aligned parallel to walls. Set heavy furniture on bathroom tile cracking it. Now they want to charge me $150 to fix it. Didn't clean up after themselves either time leaving lots of carpet and pad debris throughout house. After months of trying to work with them directly to resolve broken tile, I am going through BBB for a resolution. May have to try small claims court next. Very disappointed. Just want them to fix what they broke."
