"I parked at Sunrise and ran into Pheobe's for my to-go good before I picked up items at Sunrise. It took me less than a minute to grab my to-go order and my car was already booted before I got back. I let them know I was going to run into Sunrise so they could un-boot it. They would not. I paid $100 instead. This place is running a scam. The tow driver and her muscle were extremely rude and sketchy. 0/10"
"The owner is TERRIBLE! So incredibly rude for no reason. Tires were booted as soon was we got out of our cars. There were no signs where we were parked that said “do not park”. He is just a greedy, money hungry man. Ruining your day $100 a ticket at a time. Do not give this place your business."
"I live in this neighborhood and have been giving them my business for 12 years. Yesterday I parked there with my engine running, hazards on, ran in to buy an ice tea, and then pick up a to go order from next door at Phoebes. When I came out my car—still running with hazard lights on was booted. When I talked to the owner the next day he acknowledged that I’ve been giving them my business for 12 years in his neighborhood but refused to do anything about my $100 fine. I will NEVER give them my business again and neither should you."
