"Ordered $150+ worth of frozen goods beginning of 2023. Never received my package and their reason for the delay was it was stopped by customs and my package should be coming the following month. I trusted them and kept waiting until they just stopped answering all together. Tried calling them multiple times and still no response. Will be reporting them as well."
"Update as of October 27, 2023. They took down their website, I cannot access it anymore. I highly suggest to anyone else who got SCAMMED like me to please report them to Federal Trade Commission. The more people report them the more we get attention regarding this scammer! Update: September 29, 2023 still no update about my items, I don't think I will be getting my money back. Please do NOT order from this website if you don't want to waste your time and money! I am on the same situation with the other reviews. I pre-ordered $100+ amount of frozen items from them on March 2023, they told me that it would arrive the next month. I followed up the next month that they told me that they were gonna ship it to me, they said it was delayed or some other excuse. You see, I am patient with these kinda stuff since I get it, customs and all. Guess what happens next? It’s July 2023 already and still have not gotten my order. It was complicated too since I had travel plans so I didn’t mind that it was push back but it’s already July 2023 and nothing yet. I kept asking for updates, I would’ve appreciate it if I get atleast 1-2 weeks update but no. I guess it’s also my fault for trusting this site plus I gave in with my cravings. Now, I’m concerned if they’re gonna refund me or not. I know throughout the updates I’ve asked they said they can’t refund me because they already “ordered” it. This is so unprofessional, I’m all for supporting a small business but this is not it. Honestly, if they can’t deliver why even do a pre-ordering items? Sounds like a scam. I WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone."
"I put an order in on 8/4/23 and it’s STILL not shipped by 8/28/23. They contacted me saying they don’t have what I want in stock and what I want to order instead. I told them I didn’t want anything else and to just refund my money because their website DID say it was in stock when it wasn’t. NO REPLY!!! I’ve tried contacting the store and NO ONE has gotten back with me and at this point they are just ignoring me because they’ve got my money. How’s it even legal that they can take my money but not ship my order to me?? This is my first time ordering from this store and it has been and awful experience and will not be reccomending to anyone I know."
"This review has been edited to add more context. I'm doing my best to remain as respectful as possible (as the business has been respectful to me), but it's necessary to post this review because food safety is so important and I wish that I had read reviews before making my own purchase, as there is a pattern of temperature abuse. Perhaps if you are making a purchase of a product that is not temperature sensitive, or is shelf stable, you are fine to shop here with no issues. We ordered around 15lbs of frozen ube-- a product that we were expecting to arrive frozen. Because of the size of the order, we qualified for free shipping. I was surprised, knowing that it must be expensive to ship frozen products to another state, but we didn't receive any kind of prompt requiring us to pay for expedited shipping or dry ice. My assumption was that it was somehow built into the price. We were sent 15+ lbs of frozen product without dry ice and without expedited shipping. It arrived completely spoiled and in different packaging because it had clearly been destroyed en route. It took around 10-11 days to arrive. Although the company has kindly replied to our concerned emails, they are only working with us on a refund claim because we purchased additional shipping insurance. The issue is that they are sending frozen products across state lines without dry ice or expedited shipping. Priority mail, ideally, arrives between 2-3 days, which is too long for any frozen product to remain frozen without dry ice. I have no problem paying for expedited shipping or dry ice because I understand how necessary it is to avoid temperature abuse. The problem is that there shouldn't even be an option for food to be sent in an unsafe manner. Require a manner of shipping that will protect the product instead of sending it as is and telling me I should have asked for expedited shipping. From reading google reviews, it should be clear that temperature abuse is a common issue. If adding dry ice isn't possible, you shouldn't be letting people outside of your local vicinity buy frozen products. Please add these steps to protect your customers. If a customer were to purchase an item from me (an ice cream business) with free shipping, I would not send it with an ice pack and routine shipping just because that's what they paid for-- because it would be completely melted by the time it arrived. I would contact them to purchase dry ice and expedited shipping, and cancel their order if they were unwilling to pay. The burden of food safety is always on the business, and not on the consumer."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The product comes 3 weeks late and the Ube Dreamcake arrived with mold. They do not pack the product with dry ice, just a regular ice pack, and we received it melted. They refused to send a refund, even though we emailed a picture of the moldy cheesecake. Do not order from them...ever."
