"The room was exactly as expected. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location to grocery store, family dollar, and so many more stores and restaurants was excellent."

"We had to cancel our booking due to illness. While I understand business is business, I would've appreciated a call back from the person who makes the decision to not refund any portion of the $1000 my family paid to stay or even been given the option to reschedule our stay for another date. Instead, the manager has the receptionists (who are very professional and polite and I understand are doing their job) call to deliver the message. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Editing to respond. 4 rooms for 2 nights were booked for my family and myself. I called multiple times. Requested multiple calls back and never got one from management. The only way to reschedule was to pay for a second booking, not knowing 100% what the rescheduled date of travel would be. I called back again after I knew the new dates and was told it was too late and I would have to pay again for another booking. If you pulled my reservation, you would've also seen my contact number, yet I have still not received a call back from the manager in charge of approving/declining reservation changes."

"Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Every time I stay at this location, I immediately feel relaxed and away from the noise of the city. The staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. Breakfast is always well prepared and plentiful. I enjoy this location very much and highly recommend it."

"I stay at many hotels because my job requires me to travel. I am a IHG Platinum elite member. Most Holiday inn Express hotels are very nice however, this one...the room smelled musty, carpet was very old, stained and felt damp. Very outdated rooms. Chairs in rooms were heavily stained to the point we didn't even want to sit in them. Bathroom not very clean. Floor in bathroom was dirty and there was dried up pee on the toilet seat. A/C did not cool room. Bed very uncomfortable. Will not stay at this location again."

"I really enjoyed my stay here.. The inside of the hotel smells super clean! The Staff was very friendly. Inside of the rooms are nice, clean. The carpets are clean. They offered a nice hot breakfast. I would definitely return, and recomend. Thank-you for an enjoyable evening."
