"Do not ever shop here. Drive to Sally's. Or just use Walmart. Just don't shop here. They knowingly sold me the wrong products and do not do refunds OR EXCHANGES.... As a woman who knows nothing about hair or products I expected professional assistance and knowledge in getting the right products for me. That did not happen. I am severely disappointed and I will never be going back. I hope you don't either."
