"I went to Pretzel Maker at Northstar Mall. They passed me to a different cashier than I was lined up at, I ordered mozzarella bites and they were out, so I ordered pretzel bites but they gave the last ones to the customer that was BEHIND ME IN LINE!!!"

"I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my money… Service was ok, pretzels were awful! We don’t live in SA so when we make it up here it’s always a treat to stop by a pretzel maker to pick up a snack. Never shop at North Star but this time when we’re in the area. Waste of time and Money! Pretzels were old and so hard the birds couldn’t even pock at them without harming their beaks! Very upsetting!!!!"

"I felt cheated. I will not buy anything from here again. When I was purchasing my drinks and pretzels I was going by the pricing that they had listed. I found that they charged several extra dollars that was not on their listing for a pretzel and a drink. I asked them about it and they stated they had to do that because it is considered the combo price. I spent nearly $30 for three drinks and two pretzels. Sorry, Pretzelmaker I will stick with Auntie Anne's because they taste better and they do not have hidden fees. Also, when you get a combo from them they offer you dip with it. I would give Pretzelmaker zero stars if I could. They are not worth the price."

"Great pretzels, was freshly made and was really yummy. Customer service is good, but always a wait, prices fair, I would say high if you compare portions size. But it's located in a Mall, so prices will be for sure higher."
