"Staff is friendly and helpful. Great complimentary breakfast. And decently cleaned rooms. Great location. Walking distance to shopping, movies and good food. Cons: room smelled of mildew. I reported it and was told no one else reported it so there was nothing they can do. I booked on the Hilton app and was promised a 2 queen bed room but was given a full bed with a pull out sofa bed. Even the pictures showed 2 actually queen beds when booking. I was also told there was nothing they can do and that’s how they advertise. No where did it say queen with sofa bed until I completed my booking. Bathroom and Shower are extremely small. The smell of moldy carpet was so strong. I can tell they are tried but I will never stay at a Home2 again. This is why I’m loyal to Marriott."
