"When I arrived to my appointment no one acknowledged me when I came in and Waited in the front that didn’t make me feel the most welcomed. My fiancé booked me a prenatal massage, this is my 2nd pregnancy and I’ve gotten a lot of massages with my first one. They always had a tummy pillow for mom to lay on her belly, they didn’t provide that at this location so I had to be on my side, she tried to make me as comfortable as possible but it would have been helpful if that information was knowledgeable while booking. The massage it self was great , was a little uncomfortable on my side but I made it work. He booked for an 1hr and 30min appointment, my appointment was at 2:15pm I arrived at 2:08pm she didn’t start massage me until 2:20pm and stopped at 3:45pm so I was shorted 5minutes. I wish I would have gotten my full time."
