"I was in this store recently shopping and had to use the restroom. I asked for the key to the restroom, and overheard one cashier say to another, I wish we could put an out of order sign on the door. I just walked away and finished my shopping and left. I use that store regularly, because it is convenient and close to my house. I just think that is a horrible way to treat paying customers that enter the store."
