"Terrible pharmacy. I only stayed this long because it is close to home, but even that's not worth sticking around anymore. I called and was on hold for 12 min until someone answered and immediately hung up. I called back and a male voice did not greet and immediately stated there were 3 callers ahead of me and put me on hold again. I went into the pharmacy at 6pm. Drive thru was closed. I was the 5th customer in line. A female customer speaking to the pharmacist, a young male with dark curly hair, was inquiring about a mix up with her prescription through the app. The pharmacist was clearly defensive. She was being polite and was only asking questions. She would start a sentence and the pharmacist would speak over her, not letting her finish her sentence. The customer remained polite the whole time. When she mentioned something about the pharmacist the previous day, he said he was the pharmacist on duty the previous day and wouldn't have done that. The next customer requested syringes for his prescription. The pharmacist went back and forth with him about why he needed them and when he refilled his last prescription, etc. He had this conversation with him across the pharmacy. The Pharmacist was just so rude. When I was up, I told the pharmacy tech about being hung up on. He said 'It's just two of us. We have a line of customers.' So you just hang up on people? Time to switch pharmacies. From the previous reviews, it doesn't appear this place is getting any better. I haven't posted previously. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they were just having a bad day. But every day is unacceptable."
"Update: Back again and waiting 10 minutes in drive thru, got to the window (finally) to find out the system crashed. Can corporate step in and fix this? Drive thru has been closed every time I come to get medication. Four staff behind the pharmacy counter, only one register open. Not their fault that mgmt can not staff a location, and the company can't pay them their worth. HOWEVER, don't expect a quick "drop in" to get your medication or world-class customer service. It's better than the CVS is Kyle, but not by much."
"Never got so mad. At the pharmacy- the lady walks away to another computer to put my insurance info in, and the pharmacist comes over and starts shutting the gate in my face as it’s their lunch, even though I was in the middle of a transaction. Doesn’t even try to help to get it done or anything. Just says “come back in 30 minutes” and leaves. Overheard him tell his techs “well you can stay and figure it out but I’m going for lunch”. and walks out. The nice tech ended up staying and finishing it for me so thank you to her. I used to work for Walgreens pharmacy, and my pharmacist would have NEVER done that in a million years. They would have finished it and told the techs to go to lunch. I just have never been treated like that before at the pharmacy. He was incredibly rude."
"Went in a while ago for a couple of OTC meds and ginger ale for my sick wife. There is no staffed checkout so if you use the robots and have a problem you're stuck... maybe one person roaming the store. A few months earlier I had gone and the store wasn't even open despite it being business hours. No one showed up to open the doors. Today I'm trying to get a prescription filled for a kid with an ear infection and I'm waiting 6 hours since seeing our doctor. It's unacceptable and there is only a robot when you call them, there's no way to find out a timeline or if there's an opportunity to fulfill through another store. meanwhile my kid is in pain and crying."
"Counters are never staffed, employees are impossible to find, self-checkout machines are seemingly designed to malfunction, much of the merchandise is mispriced. This is the worst CVS in Texas -- not even a contest. Just a hopelessly mismanaged business. Avoid unless it's an emergency and even then you should think twice."
