"I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at Valley Ranch. Well, there was that one time I was already in a bad mood, and I spilled my own popcorn, but they kindly refilled my popcorn for me. Anyway, other than that, I have NOT had a bad experience. This location is clean, and the service is kind. The popcorn is always fresh, and the Coca Cola Icee is one point! Thank you to the management and staff for doing such a great job!!!"
"A very simple but fancy theatre. Concessions staff is Very patient and efficient. Everyone worked together very well to get us to our theatre. Employees were seen staying busy keeping the place clean (I love seeing hard workers) Theatres are clean and seats comfortable. Sound system works great and the 'XD' is well worth the couple extra bucks "
"We love coming to this Cinemark. It's usually pretty clean and most of the staff are friendly. The food/snacks are pricey, even with the 20% off for being a member, but that's the case with almost all theaters. They use to sell Starbucks coffee here but that must have changed during the pandemic. The seats are comfortable, the audio and picture quality of all the films we've seen here are top notch. A few hiccups here and there over the years is why we give it a 4-star at the moment, but if they keep up the good work and good experiences..."
