"Update: Store manager called us a few days after the post and got the right part ordered. The customer service line that we uploaded photos too could not get it right. 4 stars to the store and store employees 1 star to company for forcing a bad review to get the results. We bought a dining room set and 2 floor model glass curio. The 2 glass curios lacked plugs for the light upon arrival. No biggie, except it has been over a month and we still don’t have the plugs. For $1800+ in curios, this should be an easy fix. Always had good experiences in Haverty’s, but the after sale fix is horrendous. A nice gentleman came out but he had the wrong part. That was 3 weeks ago. I am considering loading these in the truck for a refund. If I do that, my dining table and chairs will follow. Very disappointed."

"I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia today (10.24.23) on my purchase of a Dining Room Set & Buffet. She was very knowledgeable of the product, had a professional attitude and the check-out was quick. She also explained all of the details regarding the delivery schedule and I am so pleased that these items were in stock and I can get them within the week. Highly unusual these days! It is also highly unusual to walk into a business and work with someone who really knows what they're doing and seem interested in your needs rather than someone who is just there to "punch the time clock".
