"I have been a loyal membership customer since 2017. I have used their services, and enjoyed them, and then COVID happened. They were not seeing any customers but we’re still charging me for my membership. I had no problem with that because my husband and I also have a small business in San Marcos and Kyle. After the lockdown, they said they would “double up on services”. Again, no problem. However, the problem happened when our business caught fire and we were without income or any extra time. But with hard work and determination, we were able to rebuild and finally reopen our store.
