"I used to be an assistant manager at this location. I felt I had to quit because the new store manager Analicia Gonzalez was rude, disrespectful to customers and would say awful things about my fellow peers, myself included (she didn't know that I knew). There was numerous times where I had to work off the clock because she never did anything and threatened to write us up if we didn't have anything finished. My job as closing manager was hard enough and with her never doing her part made my job 10 times harder. She came into work always high and almost never in uniform, she would only hire her friends who almost never did anything. Only one guy she hired that was her friend actually worked. I loved working here and I loved it when Joanna was the manager, I loved my loyal customers and just the environment was great until she came into the picture. Never have I had a manager get into a fist fight with a customer, she told this customer that we were not allowed to let customers in 5 min before closing which is a lie. Whenever I did something wrong she would never correct me herself she would put the blame on someone else and say that someone else complained when in actuality it was always her that had a problem. She has had her boyfriend work in the back stock room and take truck and he wasn't even an employee, she has also had him working register, customers have complained and even asked me if the store was going out of business because she never stocked, I would do what I could in the hours I had but that was it. I will never work for this company again because they have acknowledged her behavior and know what she has done but have yet to do anything about it. It is unfair that I felt like I had to lose my job but she still gets to keep hers even after she has done a horrible job at maintaining it."
