"Very disappointed with my most recent experience. I have been here before for nails and a massage and they were very nice. So since I enjoyed my time here I bought my husband a massage as well. It has been about 1 yr and one month since the original massage was bought. Come to find out if you don't use the massage within 90 days it expires. That to me is a bit outrageous because money spent is money spent. We chose to spend our money here and couldn't even get the service that was bought. My husband not being the best at keeping up with these things let it go and I decided I was going to schedule it for him just to find out we can't even use it. Money down the drain, which in todays world, very few people can afford. Most gift cards when you buy them are good until you use them, since you spent your money on them. Not here."
