"Warning to the membership plans! I was a member paying for months had 300 plus dollars in my account. Cause I travel and not always around. Decided this was not going to work for my with my job. So I decided to quit paying thinking I had 300 dollars plus already with them. Boy let me tell you I lost all 300 Dollars . Thought you can spend them with them at least. Nothing nothing could be booked and everything frozen. Please read the rules very carefully. They got me don’t let them get you!"

"Gift card redemption. I wanted to use my gift massage for after my shopping hustle. I assumed it would expire within the year. I was saddened to find out that it expired a year after issuance but the issuance date is nowhere stipulated on my gift card or envelope. This feels like a trap and unfair for both parties, the person buying gift card and person receiving gift. Neither party knows to put the actual date of expiration on the gift and burden lies on massage staff to make a note when selling gift card. I was really looking forward to a wonderful massage after the Christmas prep was over. This is not a place I would recommend to my family or friends looking to gift. It seems very misleading on Hand and Stone’s part."

One thing that was different is that she also do the neck treatment which I believe goes with a facial. Wauwatosa WI does not and I always felt half taken care of."
