"If You’re Black just go support a different beauty supply. The owners are extremely rude to their customers. Almost as if they’re doing you a favor by being there when the customers are the ones that patronize your business and keep it open. Originally, I thought he was just rude when speaking to me, but after over hearing the owner speaking to 2 other customers rudely I knew I had to leave a review. Support businesses that are respectful to you. There are hundreds of beauty supplies in Houston. In all the years I’ve been going to beauty supplies this is the first review I’m leaving and this is because the owner was the rudest business owner I’ve ever encountered. I will never support this business again and I suggest you don’t either. Maybe then he’ll be more respectful when speaking to customers. Wish I could give him 0 stars. I’m young but even I understand customer service and speaking respectful not yelling at customers rudely because you think what exactly??"

"I also had a bad experience at this location, after spending a lot of money here, because my beautician sends me here. I came in bought over 50.00 dollars worth of hair care products, happy with my purchase I may add. When I got to my car I forgot I didn't purchase a latch hook to crochet some hair, so I went back in to purchase, the same man who checked me out said you have to make a 5 dollar or more purchase, I told him I just made a 50 dollar or more purchase and I forgot this item, he ignored me which was rude, so I went to my car and brought back all the items for return so I can purchase my one item. He refused to ring up my items again and refused my service. The money you make in that store are black dollars and you don't ever have to worry about my green dollars again. He also refused to give me the owners number, but I'm glad I have a voice. Poor customer service I ever received."

"I honestly love this store, I work around this area and it is so convenient for me. They have everything I need and they always have everything in stock. They have great hair selections and eye lashes for a great price too! Customer service is always on point even when it is busy. They take their time with you and answer all your questions. Seriously, love this place and love the people there!"

"I was amazed at how HUGE this location was and the wide variety of products they carried. The selection was fantastic and the atmosphere felt like I was at a higher caliber store. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful! They were there when I needed them without being too pushy or in my face :) The store was very clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed quickly. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone! :)"
