"Worst 7-Eleven, bathrooms are disgusting- looks like they’ve never been cleaned since they’ve been opened. No soap or sanitizer in bathrooms, don’t know how the employees who handle food are able to work like that. Would never go back"
"All managers at this location are a joke and extremely nosey! She walks up to people's cars and talks to people as if they care to hear her opinion and when she works the store smells like trash! I would not reccomend coming to this location there are plenty other stores nearby with better customer service and are much cleaner"
"Nice clean store. Always nice people. And the espresso machine is working everyday. Went to 2 different ones yesterday and neither store had their espresso machines working because they didn't want to clean them. The new espresso machines at 7-11 have great coffee!"
"I've been going to this place for quite some time now More so like 10 years. I've never had any issues when going into this place however just recently when I went to this place I walked inside of the store and I seen a cashier that was by the coffee area who gave me eye contact. I stood there for at least 60 seconds which is 1 minute if I'm correct. I announce my presence and the cashier at the coffee maker looks at me and roll her eyes and slowly strolls over to the cast register and tells me that I don't have to be rude. The only thing I said to this young old woman was "is anybody working today". Then her supervisor has the audacity to turn around and I try to explain to him how I had just been standing there while his worker was playing with the coffee. He told me SHE WAS DOING HER JOB, at that point I requested my money back. Since her fooling around with coffee is more important than servicing a customer This has to be unheard of. I will never return to this store ever now the Valero across the street will get all of my money and anything that I need. Which I went over there and they were very nice from the time I entered the store Diane was very nice and had the courtesy to acknowledge me...Request to the owner, Could you please address your cashier and your supervisor(who names I didn't get because there was no name tags. But they work on the morning shift I was in that store about 9:00 in the morning) on how to address customers kindly, instead of making them feel like they were double teamed for just trying to get customer service at your store We're going through a panademic nobody has time to be having attitudes just because you think your cashier not servicing people when they enter the store is acceptable. Because it's not it's unheard of that's I think the both of them have the misunderstanding of what customer service really means... Two bad Cookie spoiled 10 years of customer service."
