"I went in for a keratin treatment on the top part of my hair and a fade on the bottom all around. Honestly, They did a horrible job. To start, they didn't even wash my hair and just put the keratin treatment on top. My hair was dirty and oily. So I suffered with my hair itching for a week for absolutely nothing. I have gotten keratin treatment before, and I work for home, so no sweat, no water. Hair was completely untouched, and the 200 keratin treatment didn't last past the first wash. Second, if he didn't know how to do a fade, he should have told me. My hair was completely uneven. I had to go to a different hair salon to have my sides and back redone. They looked at me and asked who did this to you. I mean, they had no idea what they were doing. I felt rushed because one of the employees was pregnant, so they made me go into a room all the way back of the hair salon and rushed through it. If she is pregnant, then she shouldn't be at the salon where there are so many chemicals or they should tell you they can't perform that service. But they sure charged me the 200 dollars. They were just money hungry. I don't recommend this place as they made me feel very uncomfortable and did a horrible job. No customer service. I am pretty sure how they treated me would have been better if I were a rich white woman. You could tell the difference by being there. I should not have paid for such horrible service but lesson learned. I will never return and will make sure to advise as many people as possible."

I walked into her life this week, a former salon refugee with a major color correction job, and she tackled it with confidence, joy and expertise.
