"My salesman, Ruben, is of great help every time I go there. He's courteous, professional, and makes time to explain and order my tractor parts. Thank you."
"Purchased Pre owned NX6010 Only had 30 hours. It was a good buy with a lot of attachments. Big tractor for a small Place. Nice tractor.. Everybody's been responsive to my needs. Owning tractor is a job in itself and had a few issues but for anybody who's never owned a tractor that should be the expected . Maintenance is key. shop has been with me And help with any service issues From new hydraulic hoses To buying more attachments. Attachments are an addiction In regards to Kioti I have been happy with the build quality And seems to be very durable and I have used it for a variety of projects and have been anything but soft. I've had a few Tractor issues but nothing outside of parameters And thus far the shop has been quick to resolve them. There are a lot of options and even some newer options and tractors . Price point if you weren't not sure seriously consider a Coyote as a be as a competitor to the other Orange one or or the green 1 or the blue 1 or"
"UPDATE 6-23-2022 10 hours Update This is an update on my Kioti RX7320P purchase. I haven't used a tractor this much since I sold my 25hp small compact. The machine continues to run smoothly, and I still get surprised by all the capabilities and features. In one little incident, While backing up, I didn't notice that one of the loader stands was not secure correctly (my fault, since I was playing with it hours before). The stand dropped and bent while the loader applied force downwards. I reached Thomas again for help, he and his team removed one of the stands from a brand new tractor, sent it my way, and the part arrived in less than four days. He only charged for the cost of the part and shipping. No, expedite fees, or the convenience of pulling a part from a brand new machine were applied. Rivera's Machinery also provides long-distance support by making one of their experts available. He will send me a diagram and written knowledge on how to wire external lighting. I continue to be happy with my purchase decision. My next update will be at the 50 hour mark. Original Post: After acquiring some land, I started looking for a new tractor, more adequate for the tasks. I already owned an 8x8 shuttle 25hp tractor, which I sold to help me fund the new acquisition. I created a list of requirements and concluded that I needed at least 3,500-4,000 bare weight tractor, with over 2,000lb lifting capacity, in a TLB configuration. With specs in hand visited multiple local (FL) dealers and multiple color brands. After months of testing, quotes, and not finding a suitable machine for the right price, I decided to venture into tractorhouse.com. Found an ad that leads me to call Rivera's Machinery. I had no plans on buying out of state; I just wanted to check pricing on a particular configuration. After talking with Thomas, he struck me as a straight shooter. We had multiple conversations. He made me comfortable enough that I started entertaining the idea of buying. He gave me a reasonable price on a more than capable machine. Before committing, we decided to travel and check the machine, dealer, and entire package. I arrived on a Friday at 6:30 pm (the dealer closes at 5:00 pm). He picked me up at the airport, opened the dealer for me, toured the machine, and allowed me to play with it for a considerable time. Next thing you know, I'm signing a contract and writing a check. The machine arrived home yesterday, way ahead of schedule (6 days and three weeks ahead of the original plan). Everything looks well put together. The truth is I got way more machine than what we planned. I only got 5 hours on the tractor, and every time I crank that thing, an involuntary smile fills my face. I will be updating this review after the 50 hours mark. Thank you, Thomas. I'm looking forward to this long-term relationship."
"GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! I've had the pleasure of working with Great Quality Equipment that was purchased by my father many years ago, and I just bought my Very First Tractor about two months ago and I had no hassle dealing with them at all. I went in just looking/thinking and Thomas made everything happen by that very next day!!! I even went back a couple weeks ago and bought a shredder, again no hassle. Fine Quality Equipment and Service at its Finest!!!"
