"They gave me the wrong chemical peel and didn’t take accountability for it. I was a frequent customer here (I received weight loss medicine, laser hair removal and chemical peels) but I haven’t been back since I received the wrong peel. I received my first chemical peel at the Jones rd location on Dec 2021. I called the Spring location in 2023 and advised I received a precision plus VI peel previously and I wanted another one. The rep I spoke with told me the price of the peel went up $100, I told her that was fine and we scheduled the appointment. After I left the appointment I noticed the take home instructions were different on the card and VI app, so I called the spa to let them know I received the wrong peel. The esthetician told me I didn’t get the wrong peel within seconds, she didn’t look into it at all. I didn’t really press the issue because I had a laser hair removal appointment coming up. I get to the appointment and brought up the peel again. At this point I know 100% it was the wrong peel because the results of my peels were drastically different. I spoke to the esthetician about it, she kept saying I got the basic peel the first and second time. It wasn’t until I was very adamant that she left the room and actually did research on the initial peel I received. The esthetician then tried to gaslight me. She then returned to the room and said I did initially get the precision plus peel(what I’vebeen saying all along) but they didn’t give me it again because I got a chemical burn -_-. I called her out on the fact that just a few seconds before she tried to convince me that I didn’t get that peel at all but now that it’s confirmed she tried to change the story. Then she attempted to blame the Jones rd location for their charting, no accountability at all. All they had to do was listen to what I was saying and they’d know what peel I got. It’s dangerous when their staff has people’s health in their hands and doesn’t listen to what they say. This happened it 2023, I haven’t been back since because I don’t trust them anymore. They said I wasn’t able to get a refund on the wasted peel but my remaining balance on my laser hair removal($150) would be waived. I didn’t even want that. Please beware and make sure to advocate for yourself against careless staff!"

"I signed up for laser hair removal and purchased a package to treat 2 different areas. I previously had laser hair removal from a different place on different areas and it was very successful. I still had one more treatment session, but really did not want to go because I have not noticed any difference throughout the sessions. I went to my final session to discuss that my treatments had not been successful. I was told “Yes, sometimes that happens, that’s why we tell our customers that it may not work”. I was never told this at any time before signing up. I also found out there were two different settings, one of which was a higher frequency but also more painful. I knew that LHR was slightly painful from having it done years ago. I would have elected to use the higher frequency for better results in the hopes that the hundreds of dollars I paid would have been worth it. So basically I paid for nothing, with no offer for atleast an extra treatment or two using the different frequency. The technician was polite, but I paid for treatment which was unsuccessful. I was told I could look on Groupon for other LHR places…. Not a good way to promote business or retain customers. I would suggest you look at other places for actual results instead of wasting your money here."

"Today was my first time going into Z med clinic, and they completely surpassed my expectations. Everyone was so friendly, quick and efficient, as well as extremely informative. I had gone to them for bloodwork and to see about weight loss options. I am so pleased with the in-depth bloodwork panel they performed, as well as going over my personal and family health history to help me choose the best option for me regarding weight loss options.
