Even when i told them to cancel my membership they start making stories like I can’t do this before one year bla bla. Instead of massage anvy i highly recommend “THE JOINT THERAPIST”. they don’t bother you like massage envy they do their best."

"I'd give zero stars if I could! The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can!!! Both my facial lady and masseur have left (wonder why!), they were both amazing. I hope they are somewhere better off! The problem is the customer service. I'd bought a product worth $125 which become faulty after few months (just my luck!). I took it back and was told the manager would contact me with the outcome. 48 hrs later I had to follow up, needing my product, and was told by the same person that nothing can be done as it's out of warranty etc.etc. Frustrating as can be, I understand that. Still, I expected some kind of a gesture. What got me was the fact that the supposed manager never bothered to give me a courtesy call and inform me herself, instead using one of her staff to "pass on" the message. Very unprofessional, showing zero care. Up to this point I still haven't met this manager. That is NOT the customer service I expect. I regularly spend LOTS of money on services and products and this is just not good enough. I decided to cancel my membership based on this awful experience. I was given the form to fill out without ANY attempt from the staff to honor and save my membership! I'd had two remaining credits and one due in the next few days. One of the credits mysteriously disappeared and no one is able to rectify this for me. Wasted my time and energy trying to get this sorted and got nowhere. What was supposed to be a place of relaxation and positive experience has quickly turned into a nightmare. Also, this was not my first negative experience. It's time to move on."

"I canceled my membership as it was NOT a welcoming experiences. I was transferred to this location from the Eldridge location when they closed. I even lost 1.5 hours of prepaid sessions. The rude phone staff said they sent me an email as it pertains to my membership credit ending date. I never recieved any emails. I also notified her that I recorded her unprofessional tone in the way she spoke to me. This explains the high turnover. This is not a business for folks on the phone who cannot deal with diversity....obviously training is needed. Good luck"
