"I received laser from Nita Med Spa back in 2021 and it was my first time ever getting laser but I realized I was misinformed about a lot of things because I recently went somewhere else for laser and they had a much more extensive and broader understanding about laser treatments. I completed 8 or 9 sessions at Nita and saw no improvement in my navel area hair. It was like nothing had changed. When I raised a concern about no results , there was no action taken and it just felt like they were happy to just get me to pay for something and now that my sessions are done and they don’t care anymore about the results i got. You’d think after 8 sessions they’d build a relationship with you and be more concerned. Also be wary of the statements they give, I payed for a “Unlimited Laser Package” as i saw this posted on groupon. However when I was done paying at Nita i was informed unlimited really means like 8-9 sessions which makes no sense. It was all very misleading. This laser spa could be right for you but definitely do your own research and ask questions. Don’t be like me and go to the first spa you see and be easily influenced. The laser used makes a huge difference."

I had a situation that was no fault of my own my flight was delayed and she waited for me and adjusted her schedule just to accommodate me as I've been coming to her for a while now. Book your appointments as you won't be disappointed with the services that you receive. The receptionist is so warm and welcoming. They make you feel like family and as if you're at home."
