"I understand needing to cancel an appt due to medical reasons with the therapist, but I do NOT understand the inability to reschedule the couples massage because two of your therapists are so immature and unprofessional that they aren't allowed to work in the same room together. Now our couples massage has been changed to two single massages and no matter how amazing the massage is they won't be getting the tip bonuses that we usually give with the couples massages. Honestly, if you are that immature and unprofessional I am pretty sure you don't deserve it. Is this a business or high school? Looks like we might have to go back to our previous location in order to actually get a couples massage. Unexceptable!"

"Awesome spa and massage place in Tomball. It's a large chain and they know what they're doing. There is plenty of massage therapists on staff enabling a relatively open schedule. Other smaller places in Tomball have a long wait list because they only have 1-3 therapists. Not so at ME, where I am usually able to book appointments just a day or two out. They are open early and stay late. You can also set up a subscription plan. The massage therapists I've had have been awesome. If there's one improvement to make it would be asking the therapists to discuss intra-massage stretches and your body condition after the massage - like an after-session consultation."
