Dollar Tree 2038 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218

"This is the worst location on Austin Hwy. This store is near the Big Bib Rib's. Under staffed is main issue. Why work at a job that you obviously cant stand to be at. The party section has delivery boxes that have been sitting for 2weeks unpacked. I have visitd 5 times in 2weeks, and still no unpacking going on in party section. When I asked for assistance they yell at one another. The mgr never came out of her offc. Customer service is non existant. I mentioned to cashier what I needed from party dept. She shared maybe they would unpack tomorrow. They dont care and let ppl walk out. Its likely they feel under paid and over whelmed. Therefore, they should not work there. Pls find a job that brings your best to the surface and is overall healthier for everyone affected. There are a million B.S. jobs out there.Dollartree presents itself to not care about their emoloyees or customer service. There are ppl who would treasure a mngt job. Dollartree, pls hire those type of employees and weed out the uncaring. What are Dollartree's professional values when It comes to hiring and quarterly reviews? Is Dollartree reading the reviews? Do they care?"

"I usually don't have any problems, but recently maybe a month ago I think they have been closed not sure if they have reopened but my opinion is if your going somewhere else in the shopping complex u can stop by an see,but if you're going there specifically to go to the dollar tree I'd suggest u not waste your time, hopefully they are open today iam going to the market any way"

"The manager, when I visited, was atrocious. My 3 y/I had to go potty and she REFUSED to let us go in. I brought my cart upfront to the registers, and asked the cashier if I could have the FULLY CAPABLE restroom unlocked, mind you, my kiddo is begging to go potty. The cashier kindly asked the manager who was in her "office".. The manager would not tell me herself, but made the cashier inform us that She can't UNLOCK the door. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life, and will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. So the store itself has everything one can expect from Dollar Tree. This particular location does have a variety of seasonal decorations. The makeup section is rather sparse."
