"I try not to go to this location often because the selection has always been horrible but recently it seems that they have more boxes of merchandise sitting than actual merchandise out on the shelves! Corporate needs to intervene!! This store has NEVER been fully stocked since the day it opened!! Would rather drive an extra 30 minutes into San Antonio to the Thousand Oaks locations which are always abundantly fully stocked!!"

"I went in to buy some Dial soap the other day at Dollar Tree #2733 in San Antonio, TX, and could not find any of the type I was looking for on the shelves. I asked the lady (Virginia) at the checkout line for some help and she directed me to Mary Jane, the store manager. Mary Jane was so kind and helpful and she asked me to wait while she went into the back stock room. After about 5 minutes she came out and told me they had several boxes, but that they were behind a number of other boxes and she was unable to get to them that day. She was kind enough to take the time to help me and also to get my phone number to call me when they got to the boxes. Now that IS Real Great Customer Service!!! Mary Jane went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. She was so Polite, kind, and willing to HELP. That builds tremendous "Good Will" and will bring me back into the store for many repeat visits and purchases. Both Mary Jane & Virginia deserve Extra Credit for Excellent Customer Service. Please give them the Special Credit they Both so well deserve!!"
