"Just had my first prenatal massage with Astrid and had to immediately write this review since I was really impressed. I am currently 5 months pregnant and needed another massage this month and couldn't get in with my regular therapists so I booked it last minute with Cru Day Spa. Im glad I did! I had a great experience overall. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and asked to fill out some forms in their tranquil room. It has such a calming and relaxing vibe overall. There was a Keurig machine for coffee and a cucumber lemon water dispenser. There was no wait for my massage and was then greeted by my massage therapist, Astrid, who really made sure she understood my needs. I asked for a relaxing massage and it truly was. She wasn't afraid to go a little deeper on my neck and upper back area since she felt some tension. She even started to massage with hot stones to help break up my muscles a little better. Overall she had a great technique. She was making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage by asking me if I was doing okay and if the pressure was adequate. I will definitely be back for my next prenatal massage with her. Also my husband had first had his massage with her last week and he said she was wonderful for his Swedish massage. Can't wait to come back here!!"

"Worst service, rude and ill- mannered staff, Overcharged for the service. Alway lie about the pricing. Front staffs were horrible. Please do the pricing or ask them about the price before you take any service. Unbelievably bad experience after visiting that place . Got lot of acnes after taking the facial."

"Bad and lie people I ask them like 20 times my stomach will flat with slimming and toning sections I purchase 9 but even 1./. I don’t see difference I told them before paying my 2500 if you can’t do it please let me know I don’t want to waste my money and they lied to to me don’t trust them I will never trust them again and never go back"

"They used this jelly mask on my face including my eyes. I told the esthetician I didn't want it on my eyes, but she insisted. It dried out under my eyes so now it looks like I have deep eyes bags with wrinkles. I've never had that before. Ever. So I pay one $100 just to come out looking older :( Do not use the jello mask. I'm searching for products to undo this wrong. Other than that, Simah did great aside from putting it on my eyes when I said no age insisted. Overall the experience was fine, but I'm upset, very upset. I don't like deeper more winning eye sockets."

"This location for me was a bit far but the service was excellent . I was asked the appropriate questions about my skin and they were very careful when applying anything . The massage was my favorite part . Thanks to cru day spa for a great service and also thank you Maria for helping my skin"
