"I had to cancel my membership due to health issues. I still had 2 services not used and they are forcing me to give that up in order to cancel or be forced to continue this membership. To an establishment that offers relaxation and healing they sure don't make anything easy for you..so disappointed with the staff at the Schertz location. I will never go back."

"Massage Envy is a whole joke.They try and up charge you for every little thing. Not only it was my 2nd time at this location and instead of them match the services that I had the first time and the being more specific of the services that I had booked for and letting me know the charges up front. They wait til the end to give me all of the extra fees that I did not ask for. Management was very rude and disrespectful. As me being the customer she basically told me that she didn’t believe her reps told me what they told me. So basically called me a liar. I DONT RECOMMEND Massage Envy to anyone. Please also make sure you always get a detailed receipt or a receipt."

"I feel this is a rib off . They say a massage is $125. Then they try to sell you a membership for $75 a month, which allows you ONE massage and one cheap upgrade. They charged me $10 for hit towels. Also, with the membership, if you want any more massages that month, they chafe $75 for each additional massage. I hated the sells pitch . No,I didn't purchase the package. Plus, my massage therapist wasn't very good at what she does."
