"LOVE LOVE Tony's(Used to be called Tony's LOL) THEY HAVE EVERYTHING. From tips to brushes to stones to tables to glue to pedichairs. My only issue is always having to ask how much things are because nothing is priced and it's a bit disorganized. I like to be able to shop and fill my basket and know about how much I'm getting ready to spend because I can add it up myself. I also would like if it's a good deal grabbing more than just one of something. This is usually my "GoTo" place but always having to ask prices is becoming annoying. I feel like they get annoyed with me as well for asking."

"This place has the rudest front cashier I have ever experienced, it always seems like the Hispanic woman working here has an attitude no matter what time, day, year, or week you want to shop here. I would think you want to give the best service necessary when people are wanting to spend their hard earn money. I’ve been here on multiple occasions with my students & friends so this is not a one time ordeal."

"The staff was rude, especially the lady! Two men were nice and helpful. Also felt like the store was very unorganized and scattered. I feel like they charge the price looking at the customer. For a nail paint, the price on their website is $5.25 and charged me $7 in store Edit: its $5.25 if you order online otherwise prices are very reasonable"

"I made a large order for my new business. I had to call and request shipping info for tracking. Once I received the shipment I noticed that some items had been out of stock. I was refunded for what they marked, but it left me with incomplete sets. A phone call would've been nice so I could order scrub lotion and soak with matching scents. Also, there were items not in the shipment that I was not refunded for. Taxes were also not adjusted to my order, so I paid taxes in the full amount of my order rather than the fianl cost ( which was in total was roughly a couple hundred dollars difference). I left 3 emails and called many times before I finally got in touch. I sent a break down in PDF to show what I believed I was still owed. Whoever I talked to acted like she would be happy to make it right. Now, a month later I still have not received any response at all even after multiple emails to try to reconcile and no one picking up the phone. I am still trying to get in touch."
