Sonic Drive-In

"Gotta be honest, I can't rate the food at the moment because I ordered and paid 37 minutes ago and don't have it yet. Addendum: I never got this food. They "lost my ticket" and then when I asked for a refund the manager marked through one with a pen and assured me it would be charged back. It was not."

"So after several months I decided to visit sonic after my last horrific visit. I ordered a large diet cherry limeade, a large strawberry limeade and the new Halloween chocolate trick or treat blast. 3 things and two of them they got wrong. The diet cherry limeade was not diet and they put strawberry pieces in it. I'm a diabetic so I couldn't even drink it even if it didn't taste gross. The chocolate trick or treat blast I ordered for my wife wasn't even chocolate and the cup was barely half full. After waiting for 20 minutes for it to come out, when the employee did come out she went to three different cars before making it to ours and had to ask if that's what we had ordered. The entire time staring blankly at the receipt, that was clearly printed had our order clearly printed along with the stall number. I'm begging to think the problem with this store is with it's upper management, if not the owner. I won't be returning, such a waste of money. This location is not recommended."

"2nd time this week ordered food here and can't seem to get order right. Somewhere in last few days the double bacon burger now comes with a single patty..and it shrunk by half. Thanks Sonic I'm out."

"Nobody bother to turn on the slush machine before opening so our slushies are watery. we sat there for 30 minutes before we got our food. not to mention that the workers were playing with the intercom, being very obnoxious and unprofessional. do better sonic."
