"I’ve tried, unsuccessfully, other lash salons in town. Thankfully, I found Katherine a few years ago and have been seeing her ever since. She has always been upfront and honest about the process. I love, love, love my lashes!! People generally stare for awhile before asking me if I have extensions on. In my opinion, if they have to ask, then they must look pretty darn good!! I’ve had NovaLash in the past. They don’t look natural and feel like plastic. I loved the Xtreme Lash that Katherine used. Recently, she has developed and used a new product. Honestly, I can’t tell the difference. They look and feel the same......amazing! I have to give a shout-out to the office staff, Gail. Thank you for putting up with my constant calls for appointments and changes! I literally schedule my life around my lash appointments!!"

"New to Texas but have had Xtreme lashes for years. Found Katherine Elliott on the Xtreme Lash Stylist website and she had lots of experience, was close so I booked an appointment. I also sent her receptionist, Gail a photo of the Xtreme glue, under eye gel pads, and lashes that my other Xtreme Lash Stylist had been using so It would be an easy and smooth transition. I went to my appointment, was asked to arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. I filled out a mountain of paperwork and then my appointment began. Ms. Elliott was very nice but as the appointment went on she began to tell me how she didn't use the Xtreme glue or gel pads that I had been using and that "all her other clients " didn't have any issues with the glue/pads she was using that were also sensitive like I was. I was already in the appointment , needed a fill and was thinking she would at least use the Xtreme lashes but only later would I find out that I was wrong about that. Ms. Elliott washed my lashes with saline at the end of my appointment , which I questioned. She said that it was a myth and you can get your lashes wet right after with she uses. HMMMM....big RED FLAG....She also told me that she was having her own line of Lashes and products made and they would be coming out soon...she seemed rather excited. I explained to her prior to the appointment that she could not tape up my eyes because I am very sensitive to the tape and so during the appointment she used whatever gel pads she had to hold my eyes back and I questioned her during the appointment about that but again, she is the professional and I was the client. I was thinking she knows best ..right? WRONG! The first day at least 5 new lashes fell out..I know they were the ones she put on because they were from the inside corner of my eyes..I took a photo. I am very disappointed. I wish they would have just told me they didn't carry the Xtreme brand and/or use the products so I could have found someone else instead of wasting my time and money. I feel lied to , I feel like she stole my money and that is just unethical to use the Brand name to get clients which in my opinion is what Ms. Katherine Elliott did to me. So proceed with caution...do your research! Good Luck!"
