"I am extremely happy with the service and compassion I have received from Dr Jeneby’s Spa Black office! The communication from Rudy the finance manager is exceptional. He takes care of his patients as if we were family. He makes me feel comfortable in my decisions and gives me explanations for every procedure I ask about. Maggie the receptionist always helps me when I call and she is always pleasant! I know when I call I will get my the answers I need! And Crystal, the nurse practitioner is always so sweet and full of knowledge! She’s a gem! Crystal is my go to person for anything! I HIGHLY recommend Spa Black to everyone! You will get exceptional service with a great staff! Oh! And the new office is very upscale! Class act! Update… 2-5-24 Paola, the 3rd floor receptionist, she’s so sweet and helpful!
