"I loved my first experience getting lash extensions. From the moment I walked in to when I left I felt comfortable which is rare because I have anxiety. Anna was so gentle & patient with my sensitive eyes that I even got a nap in. I even got a follow up text next day! It’s a 10 out of 10 from Meh!!!"
"I visited Elite lashes yesterday and got a full hybrid set with Angel. The experience was wonderful. The place is clean and bright and smells great. They play relaxing spa music and have nice comfortable beds. They offered me a blanket and water as I got settled in. Angel listed to me carefully and did an amazing job. She has such a gentle touch. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place"
"Rebecca was great!! The lashes are amazing. Would recommend!! They are long and thick while looking natural. I’m usually a strip lashes girl, but I’ll definitely be going back"
"Lashes turned out great, but there were a few things that would’ve made the service more comfortable. I booked with Anna and she was very accommodating to my hybrid wispy cat eye request and even wrote out the length numbers for me to confirm. The back room is very cold so I requested a blanket. Full set went wonderfully for my first time visit, but the next day my eyelids were incredibly puffy and slightly red for about 2 days. I let the salon know and they assured me it would resolve soon. I came back for a fill about 2 weeks later and also realized the water from the squirt bottle is freezing and very shocking to the eye. I requested a blanket again. About 3/4 into the service, she began tugging very sharply at a few of my lashes on the right eye and I even began tearing up because it hurt so much. English is not her second language, but I was visibly in pain. Another lady next to her came over and it seemed like they were discussing something above me, but neither of them told me what was happening or why there was so much tugging and plucking at the lash line for what felt like 5 minutes. To this day, I cannot figure out what she was doing because I’ve never experienced pain anywhere else. This made the entire experience almost unbearable on top of the unpleasant temperature. Anna is a sweet lady and her work and retention of the lashes is good, but I did not feel relaxed or enjoy my time at this salon."
