"Leagues ahead of every other laser place I’ve been to (and it’s been multiple). The waiting rooms are unbelievably tranquil, massage chair and all. It’s clean, Covid safe, and every corner has been thoughtfully designed. For the laser treatments, they use the best machine available (Candela’s GentleMax) which has a slight cooling to ease any discomfort. Staff are all very kind too. Like I said, I’ve been to several laser places, all of which have been good. Radiance takes it further with a start-to-finish wonderful experience that transcends the others."

"I love this place. I drive 2.5 hours to come here. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and Desiree is the best (sorry if I spelled her name wrong). She is amazing and always works her magic! All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming I genuinely feel like they are happy to see me. I began seeing them in 2017 after I spent several months in the hospital. My skin was wrecked and they saved it! My skin is tricky and I have an autoimmune disease on top of it so I never respond to treatments like the average person but they take extra good care of me. They are always just a phone call away if you ever have any questions or concerns.
