"The place was a mess, and as soon as I walked in, some girl who didn't even look like she worked there starts calling me out for not greeting her. It was embarrassing, and suddenly everyone was staring. I had no idea who she was or why she felt entitled to my acknowledgment. I was there to spend a significant amount of money, but after that encounter, I walked out and went straight to Black Fox. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either.""

"Everyone in here needs to be fired! I asked for help and was given dirty looks by a dark skinned tall woman with braids that looked like fake dreads! She acted if I was bothering her when I complained to the manager about the customer service she sided with the woman and denied me service! When I called to speak with the owner or to find out who the owner was they laughed and said I must really needed the hair. You can tell they have been getting away with this for sometime now looking at the reviews, but something has to be done about this! If they don’t like working there don’t settle for less find someone who want to work or go find you a better job!"

"I WISH I could give this place less than one star. I truly tried on more than one occasion to give this place a try. It's close to my house and would be so much more convenient than traveling to the Eastside. For starters, there are no prices marked on ANYTHING. If you ask at the register too many times, you are treated horribly. Just entering the front door ,I don't feel safe. Apparently, no one is happy to be working there, and it shows in their attitudes. I WILL NOT be going again."

Really happy this place has everything to you need like at Costco. So many good looking women wigs too. Huge selection worth to touch and buy rather then order on line. You can’t hold your computer up to your hair the way the 5 different employees agreed on when we needed some professional help. The hair is the kind my wife will only buy and 1/2 the price.
